In fact, jobs with this sector are growing more than steady rate of 4.5 to 5 percentages per annum. Normally, these jobs need excellent domain knowledge, concept and idea about the internal working of Information Technology systems and business process outsourcing. In software development outsourcing these qualities is difficult to find.

Jobs that are not get affected by software outsourcing such as higher skilled system analysis and application developments are increasing with annual rate of 6 percentage. This is due to continuous demand of growth. Also, offshore software outsourcing could be shifted to India or other offshore development nations, where buyers require in-house workforce for customization and upholder software.
