In spite of political campaign against Offshore Outsourcing before the elections of president in the America export has grown, that accounts with more than 68 per cent of Indian exports. With this positive, the base has been increasing, and IT Outsourcing industry of India was no longer based mere on low costs, but now looking with greater share by more profitable high skilled IT-professional and R & D work for Offshore Outsourcing work.

In business trade India was more concerned by stronger rupee eroding the profitability of exports and other concerns about creeping ness of protectionism, it wanted agreement with new trade that would prevent America and other countries from taking steps to ban company from IT and Software Outsourcing. Leadership of India in Offshore Outsourcing faces no threat at present, but there would be challenges due to increase of wage, competition around the globe, and strong rupee.

So the global IT Outsourcing service market have grown by 4 per cent to 631 billion dollar in year 2004.
